The cream comes in a classic Kiehl’s jar packaging. It has a smooth, creamy texture that glides on seamlessly using the associated cooling metal applicator. Only a small pea-sized amount is needed for both eyes. The formula absorbs quickly without any greasy or pilling residue.
Ingredients and Technology
Some key active ingredients include caffeine to reduce puffiness, vitamins C and E for brightening, and copper and peptides to firm the delicate under eye area over time. The complex of antioxidants and corrective technologies target multiple signs of aging all in one.
Results and Performance
Almost immediately, I noticed the cooling sensation reduced any temporary swelling. Within a few weeks, my under eyes appeared more lifted and lines looked noticeably softened. Two months in and friends commented that my eyes looked more wide awake and well rested. Discoloration has also faded significantly.
The cream plays well with concealers and foundations, not disrupting my makeup application. It provides just enough hydration to keep my undereyes from getting crepey or dry throughout the day as well.
